How to contribute

If you are interested in contributing in your name, as a Memorial, or an Honorarium to the Streator Public Library you have several options for your contribution.

 

Please review the options to select the area that suits your needs.

General Fund

Donating to the general fund helps to support the daily operations of the facility. General fund donations help the library to maintain a quality level of service.

Designated Fund

Technology

The library continues to seek funding for technology.

The Eliminate the Digital Divide Grant funded the last purchase of computers. The library technology plan calls for the phase out the old computers and to be replaced with new computers.  The library is currently reviewing the best options for the replacement.

Donating Online Process

The Donate button allows for electronic donates. After clicking on  the button and entering the dollar amount you will be able to select payment by PayPal. Log into PayPal or scroll down and click on Pay as Debit or Credit with a major credit or debit cards. All contributions are deposited according to your donation request and will be in a dedicated account for the project you selected or in the general fund.

The second part of your donation is to complete the online donation form for your donation. The form is used so we know how to apply your donation and can send you an acknowledgement for your contribution. Any donations received without a form will be applied to our general fund.

Mail Process

If you would like to mail a donation to the library please download, print and return the completed form with your check. Checks are payable to Streator Public Library.
